Just Say “No” to Nuts…..Except Almonds ;)

One of our newest updates happens to be about nuts. We know that it has pretty much become common knowledge these days regarding peanuts and how they are notorious for wreaking havoc on the skin. However, peanuts are not the only culprit, so are the majority of nuts.
This means macadamia nuts, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, even sesame seeds, just to name a few, which can slow down the process of achieving clear skin fast. This is due to nuts having the ability to create excess oil in the pores thus contributing to a breakout. The good news is almonds are acne safe because they do not produce extra oil in the pores. So enjoy almond milk, raw almonds or almond butter without any fear if you are acne prone.
The bottom line is, if you want to get clear fast then avoiding nuts can help kick you into clear fast!
