2 cups egg whites
1 tsp. coconut oil or avocado oil
Non-iodized salt and ground pepper to taste or other acne safe spices
*Add other acne safe ingredients such as: tomatoes, mushrooms, green beens, basil, avocado, etc.
1. Beat the eggs until just combined, then season with salt and pepper and add other acne safe ingredients.
2. Heat the oil in a medium-sized frying pan.
3. Pour in eggs and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, drawing the cooked egg from around the edge into the center of the pan from time to time.
4. Fold the omelette over and cut in half to serve.
