Simple Spaghetti

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes

1 yellow onion

2 garlic cloves

1/4 chopped basil

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 sea salt

1 tbsp coconut palm sugar (always use in small amounts-too much triggers acne).

Tinkyada brown rice pasta (in moderation).

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic and basil. Saute until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add the sea salt and the coconut palm sugar.
  2. Heat to a boil. Reduce and simmer, uncovered for about 40 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Serve over brown rice pasta.
